A New Online Customer Portal is Coming Soon

We have a special announcement to make! We have been working on an online solution to provide you with greater flexibility, convenience, and more options to connect with us.
ONLINE CUSTOMER PORTAL
ONE Casey will bring you a new online customer portal, with each Member being allocated their very own personalised account.
This new service will provide you with your own personal login to empower you with the ease and convenience of:
HEALTH & WELLNESS MEMBERSHIPS
- Online bookings: View your group fitness class or personal training session has never been easier. Check availability and book.
- Managing your membership: update your details, see your membership details, or suspend online.
- Make online purchases: visit the online shop feature to purchase your personal training packs or single sessions
- Check or change your lesson time.
- Manage your membership – update and check your membership details.
- Check your progression reports with online assessments.
- Register your absence and book make-up lessons.
From Friday, 20 October, 2023 you can access your customer portal whenever you need it.
You will be issued your login on Friday, 20 October, 2023 via an email with instructions on how to log in.
Please note you must have a unique email address to receive this email with your login details. If you are sharing an email with another member or pack holder, please update your email at the front desk by Tuesday, 17 October.
We would also like to advise you that due to evolving technologies with our new system software, as of Thursday, 19 October, the ONE Casey App will be discontinued.
While this means our app will no longer be unavailable, it also paves the way for new and exciting innovations and opportunities. As such, we will be investigating new app solutions to better serve your needs. In the meantime, we encourage our valued users to bookmark our website for ease of access to our services.
PLEASE BE AWARE
ONE Casey will continue to process your direct debits each fortnight. There are no additional fees or charge for this service, but please note that due to our system change, the reference on your bank statement from the debit on Thursday, 26 October, 2023 may be slightly different from previous transactions.
