Women’s only swimming is a program open to women and girls of different backgrounds and religions to come and swim comfortably once the pools are closed to the public. Boys 6 and under are welcome to join.

During these sessions we have made the Pools, Sauna, Spa and Steam room available to female only participants.

Sessions run on the second Friday of every month, from 8.00pm to 10:00pm.

Please note: Doors are locked at 8.30pm where there is strictly no admittance after this time.

Women’s only swimming lessons are also available. Please enquire at reception or contact us online.
