For each child, a completed enrolment form, an up to date Immunisation History Statement and any relevant action plans must be provided prior to attending child care. This information authorises staff to act in case of an emergency.
All enrolments must be completed online from March, 2019. See My Family Lounge to commence the enrolment process.
It is necessary to sign your child/children in/out upon each visit. A person collecting your child other than yourself must be registered on your enrolment form. Where the pick up person is not registered formally in writing by the child’s parent or guardian, the child will not be released.
The Casey ARC Child Care has children that attend with severe allergies and life threatening anaphylaxis. Due to this we have a ‘No Nut’ policy in place. This policy refers to foods such as nuts, muesli bars containing nuts and spreads such as peanut butter and Nutella.
If your child suffers from anaphylaxis, allergies or asthma, you will need to book a time with our Children’s Program Team Leader to complete a risk management plan. This plan must be completed before the child can begin.

Cancellations of a child care booking must be made by 9pm prior to the day of care required otherwise a session absent fee will apply. Cancellations may be made via:
- The My Family Lounge parent portal or App
- Calling reception or the child care service during operating hours.

If your child is enrolled in occasional care, yes you are able to leave the Centre.
Otherwise, you must remain on the premises at all times.
Yes, your child must be booked into a session to attend. This can be done once all enrolment processes have been completed.
Bookings may be made up to 7 days in advance and up to 9pm prior to the day of care required.
Bookings may be made through the My Family Lounge parent portal or App or in person in the child care service.
