For each child, a completed enrolment form, an up to date Immunisation History Statement and any relevant action plans must be provided prior to attending child care. This information authorises staff to act in case of an emergency.
It is necessary to sign your child/children in/out upon each visit. A person collecting your child other than yourself must be registered on your enrolment form. Where the pick up person is not registered formally in writing by the child’s parent or guardian, the child will not be released.
The Casey ARC Child Care has children that attend with severe allergies and life threatening anaphylaxis. Due to this we have a ‘No Nut’ policy in place. This policy refers to foods such as nuts, muesli bars containing nuts and spreads such as peanut butter and Nutella.
If your child suffers from anaphylaxis, allergies or asthma, you will need to book a time with our Children’s Program Team Leader to complete a risk management plan. This plan must be completed before the child can begin.

Parents must cancel their Child Care bookings in advance to allow the waiting list to be contacted. Please follow these cancellations steps:
1. You can call and cancel on the day of your booking before 7.30am and you will not be charged for the session. However, you are not guaranteed a spot for the following week and will have to call back after 11am to re-book.
2. If you do not call and cancel by 7.30am on the day of your booked session you will be charged. You will need to call after 11am to re book for the following week.

If your child is enrolled in occasional care, yes you are able to leave the Centre.
Otherwise, you must remain on the premises at all times.
Yes, your child must be booked into a session to attend. This can be done once all enrolment processes have been completed. Please speak to Customer Service to book your child in.
